Cashew Butter

Cashew Butter

Single-ingredient and blended cashew butter, milled from our own kernels — bulk for manufacturers, retail for brands.

Overview

One ingredient, milled from our own kernels

Cashew butter is the most direct use for scorched and broken grades — kernels whose eating quality is identical to whole white grades, but whose appearance costs less. Milling them turns a grading by-product into a premium finished good.

Because we mill kernels we processed ourselves, we know the lot, the region and the handling history behind every batch. Most butter manufacturers buy kernel on the open market and cannot say the same.
