90% of Ghana’s cashew leaves raw.
That is about to change.
Ghana grows roughly 250,000 tonnes of raw cashew a year and processes less than a tenth of it at home. In February 2026 the government moved to end raw exports outright, targeting 50–60% local processing through the Tree Crops Development Authority.
We are built for exactly that shift — capacity at origin, to world standards, at the moment policy and capital converge.
From kernel to by-product, nothing leaves as waste
Six product lines drawn from one harvest — the kernel, the shell and the apple.

Cashew Kernels
Grades W180 through W450, plus scorched, splits and pieces — graded to AFI standard.

Raw Cashew Nuts
Origin-Ghana RCN with verified kernel outturn ratio, lot-traceable to region.

Roasted & Flavoured
Roasted, salted and spiced formats for retail and private label.

Cashew Butter
Single-ingredient and blended butters milled from our own kernels.

Cashew Nut Shell Liquid
Industrial-grade CNSL recovered from our own shell stream.

Cashew Apple Products
Juice, vinegar and dried fruit from the 95% of the crop usually left in the field.

Quality you can verify,
not just claim
Buyers in this trade have been promised consistency before. We would rather be checked than believed — so every claim here is one we can evidence on paper.
- Fourteen food-safety and quality control points, checked lot by lot
- Lot-level traceability from orchard region through to carton
- Graded against AFI standards — the specification your contract names
- Independent testing and full documentation supplied on request
Processing at origin is the whole point
A tonne processed in Ghana is worth far more to Ghana than a tonne shipped out raw — in wages, in skills and in what stays behind.
Local employment
Roughly the multiple of jobs created per tonne processed at origin versus exported raw.
Of the fruit, usually wasted
The cashew apple is almost all of the crop by weight and is normally left in the field. We are building a use for it.
Farmers in our network
[Figure to confirm] — smallholders we buy from directly, with agronomy support and transparent pricing.
An investable position in a market
the government just re-shaped
The policy shift, the supply, the demand and the margin are all pointing the same way. Here is the case, with the numbers.
