Cashew Processing · Ghana

Ghana’s Harvest.
Finished in Ghana.

We process raw cashew into export-grade kernels at origin — retaining the value, the jobs and the quality control on the continent.

The Opportunity

90% of Ghana’s cashew leaves raw.
That is about to change.

Ghana grows roughly 250,000 tonnes of raw cashew a year and processes less than a tenth of it at home. In February 2026 the government moved to end raw exports outright, targeting 50–60% local processing through the Tree Crops Development Authority.

We are built for exactly that shift — capacity at origin, to world standards, at the moment policy and capital converge.

Quality & Food Safety

Quality you can verify,
not just claim

Buyers in this trade have been promised consistency before. We would rather be checked than believed — so every claim here is one we can evidence on paper.

Impact

Processing at origin is the whole point

A tonne processed in Ghana is worth far more to Ghana than a tonne shipped out raw — in wages, in skills and in what stays behind.

8–10×

Local employment

Roughly the multiple of jobs created per tonne processed at origin versus exported raw.

95%

Of the fruit, usually wasted

The cashew apple is almost all of the crop by weight and is normally left in the field. We are building a use for it.

For Investors

the government just re-shaped
